Let's Find Your Ikigai!
Did you take the time last week to uncover your current Ikigai?
Does your current Ikigai have anything similar to what you currently do for a job?
If your answer is YES, congratulations! If your answer is NO, what will you do about it?
Look at the following article published by Guardian US: The ‘Sunday Scaries' are all too real for many workers—but there are simple ways to help.

The article states that the “Sunday Scaries" often take the form of feelings of dread and poor sleep on Sunday nights. Researchers have offered the following suggestions to help make Mondays less depressing:
1. Establish clear boundaries between work and the rest of your life.
2. Think differently about the weekend. Treat it as a mini-vacation to return to work on Monday more energized.
3. Redesign your Mondays to feel like an extension of the weekend. Start your Mondays with something you’re good at, have some unscheduled time to do what you want, and set up a lunchtime date with someone you find enjoyable to be around.
I don't know about you, but these suggestions make no sense to me. If you are doing something that supports your Ikigai, you won't need to do any of it!
Why spend all that effort for forty years of your life?

Next week, we will investigate how to determine if starting or purchasing a business centered on your Ikigai makes sense to you.
